Join me for a relaxed, 3-hour hands-on workshop where you’ll learn how to create a beautifully finished buttercream cake from start to finish.
I will share with you my favourite baking tips and tricks along the way to create beautiful cakes that will wow your friends and family. This beginner-friendly class is designed to give you the skills and confidence to decorate cakes at home.

- How to apply a smooth buttercream crumb coat
- Techniques for achieving clean, smooth sides with Swiss Meringue buttercream
