Frequently Asked Questions
About the Class
No experience needed at all. The class is designed specifically for beginners — people who love cakes but have never decorated one before, or who have tried at home and felt lost. You'll be guided through every step from the beginning.
In one 3-hour class you'll learn how to assemble a layered cake, apply a smooth buttercream finish, and add piped decorations including rosettes, borders, and simple floral details. Everything is taught step by step with plenty of one-on-one support throughout.
Classes are kept deliberately small — a maximum of 6 students. This means you get real, individual attention throughout, not just a quick demonstration and then you're on your own.
You take home the cake you decorated in class. A full-sized, beautifully decorated buttercream cake that you made yourself.
Practical details
