Bring your child along for a relaxed, hands-on cake decorating experience where you’ll create a beautiful 6-inch buttercream cake together, side by side. This is my signature cake class, adapted especially for parent-child pairs.
Perfect for families who love spending creative time together, or for a special birthday, holiday, or just-because treat.
What you’ll do together
- Decorate your own 6-inch buttercream cake as a pair, from start to finish
- Learn simple, practical buttercream piping techniques that actually work at home
- Work side-by-side with guided, hands-on support throughout
- Enjoy a small class size for plenty of individual attention

At the end of the workshop, you’ll take home:
- Your own decorated 6-inch buttercream cake
- A cake box for safe transport
- The skills and confidence to practise again in your own kitchen

- Pre-baked cotton-sponge cake layers
- Buttercream
- Decorating tools and equipment

Cancellation Policy
Because ingredients and preparation are arranged in advance, bookings are non-refundable unless the class is cancelled by A Caking Hand.
If you are unable to attend, please provide at least 7 days’ notice to reschedule or receive class credit.
